A Design InVision transforms our client's vision and project goals resulting in projects that are functional and make a lasting statement while exceeding the highest expectations of our clients. We strive to create an interior environment that suits our client's corporate style and project budget concerns. We will assist our client through the design and goals of the project, including space planning, interior design, construction documents, engineering documents and construction administration. As a designer, Kathi's experience in full-service interior architecture and tenant improvement space planning has given her opportunities to work with a variety of clients and projects. Her experience includes design for new construction as well as remodeling projects. She enjoys seeing the project through to the end and helping the client through the process and working with the contractors.
Kathi's background in design ranges from residential design, commercial design and design education where she taught design and CAD for several years. She was a project manager for tenant improvement projects at Cornoyer Hedrick and then worked as an independent design consultant for New York Life Insurance Company where she managed and designed tenant projects for the entire pacific region.
Kathi started A Design InVision in 2004 and continues to enjoy working with a team to meet the client's goals.
ERICA BAILEY

Education: Art Institute of Phoenix, Bachelor of Arts of Interior Design
Erica takes pleasure in assisting clients with space planning and color selections. Her ambition is to create well-designed and aesthetic spaces and also loves to see the finished product. She has had the opportunity to work on various projects including medical, dental, general office, and retail.
